Michelle Mueller has a diverse work experience spanning various customer success and project management roles. Michelle currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Autozen, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success (U.S. Expansion) at Autozen from June 2022 to January 2023. Michelle also served as a Customer Success Manager at Autozen from May 2021 to June 2022.

Michelle Mueller has a Bachelor's Degree in International Development with a major in Political Science and a minor in Anthropology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Global Studies with a minor in Anthropology from Vancouver Island University. Currently, they are pursuing a Certification in Business Analysis from UBC Sauder School of Business since 2018.
