D. Bryan Jordan

D. Bryan Jordan, 59, has been a director since 2013. Since 2008, Mr. Jordan has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of First Horizon National Corporation, where he also served as Chairman of the Board from 2012 through July 1, 2020. From May 2007 until September 2008, Mr. Jordan was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Horizon and First Tennessee Bank National Association, and prior to that he served in various positions at Regions Financial Corporation and its subsidiary Regions Bank, including (beginning in 2002) as Chief Financial Officer.
