Meghan Selway

Meghan Selway is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in outreach and curriculum development, particularly focused on the American West and environmental education. Currently serving as the Outreach Education Coordinator at the Autry Museum of the American West since October 2019, Meghan collaborates with local teachers to provide project-based lessons and support. Prior roles include Education Consultant for the Sierra State Parks Foundation, where Meghan developed educational programming and standards-based lessons, and Education Consultant and Teacher Leader for the UC Davis History Project, facilitating professional development workshops. Meghan’s teaching career spans over a decade, including significant roles in the Acalanes Unified School District, where responsibilities included mentoring and staff development, alongside teaching various subjects in history, economics, and government. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of San Diego and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Studies and English from California State University, Chico.
