Abraham Lichy

Abraham Lichy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Abraham currently serves as the Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP since June 2022. Prior to that, they founded their own law firm called Lichy Law in 2017, where they worked as the Owner.

In addition to their legal expertise, Lichy has also worked as the General Counsel at Autumn Communications starting from October 2020. Before entering the legal field, they pursued their passion as a DJ/Producer at The Esquire since October 2012.

Lichy also has experience in the fashion industry, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Framework Fashion, Inc. from October 2015 to September 2017. Framework is a New York City-based fashion brand specializing in contemporary women's handbags and accessories.

Abraham'slegal career began as a Litigation Associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP from September 2010 to October 2015. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Legal Intern at The Davis Firm, PLLC from May 2007 to April 2008.

Before entering the legal profession, Lichy worked as a Warehouse Clerk at SHOPBOP in 2005.

Abraham Lichy's education history begins in 1999 when they attended the Horace Mann School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Abraham then went on to enroll at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, Lichy pursued further education at the Cardozo School of Law from 2007 to 2010. Here, they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property.
