Clément Houllier's work experience includes being the Co-founder & CEO of auum since 2018, where they develop and markets a steam cleaning solution for reusable glassware. Clément is also an Investor & Board member at FOGO since 2021. In 2020, they became a Laureate at Réseau Entreprendre Paris and served as an Investor & Board member at Jauq and Moebius. Previously, they worked at Supratec from 2018 to 2020, first as the Director of Industrial Makers and later as the Chief Innovation Officer. Before that, they held roles at L'Oréal, including Key Account Manager and Trade Marketing Manager. Clément also worked as a Business Planner and Demand Planner at L'Oréal. Additionally, they have experience as the Treasurer of the Bureau des Sports at Supmeca and as a Stagiaire assistant ingénieur at Airbus. Clément started their career as a Stage opérateur at Fouré Lagadec.

Clément Houllier obtained their Baccalauréat degree in Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles Physique Chimie from Lycée François 1er in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they attended ISAE-Supméca – Institut supérieur de mécanique de Paris and obtained a degree in Ingénieur généraliste // Système de production. In 2012, they also obtained a certification in BSCM from APICS Supply Chain Council. Additionally, in 2017, they completed an Advancing Negotiation Skills Course from Scotwork.
