Courtney Harrison

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Auvik, Courtney Harrison leads the global people strategy. Courtney has worked with organizations in every stage of maturity, from start-ups to Fortune 500s – American Express, GlaxoSmithKline, Nike, and Juniper Networks, as well as non-profits like the U.S. Olympic Committee. She sits on three boards and is passionate about understanding what makes companies succeed or fail as well as the role that organizational networks play in the work and in their lives. She holds a BA from Penn State University and an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
