Simona Barcău

Simona Barcău is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Auvik since August 2025, Simona also contributes as a GrowthSpace Expert at GrowthSpace since March 2022. Previously, Simona held significant positions such as VP of Customer Success at Cority from February 2021 to July 2025, and SVP Customer Success at Varicent Software for a year. Simona's career at IBM spanned nearly nine years, where roles included Global SPM Offering Leader, Software Lab Leader, and Service Manager in Lab Services. Earlier experience includes a senior consultant position at Clarity Systems. Simona's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, a Master’s in Computer Science from West University of Timisoara, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta.
