Monica Williams

Monica’s beginnings started in a large call center working at Navy Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA, and that is where she learned about accounts, interest rates, and credit unions. From there, with four years of experience, she joined a smaller credit union called Belvoir Federal Credit Union in Woodbridge, VA. It was there that Monica discovered her love of training. Monica worked as their Training Specialist for eight of the eleven years she was employed by Belvoir Federal Credit Union. She created a community and fostered a personal enjoyment of seeing her new hires succeed and advance. She intends to create an environment for the Aux accounting department to thrive and succeed both within our organization and with their clients. Monica is certified in ATD’s Designing Learning platform and has trained as a trainer, attending conferences and seminars to build her skill level and continue to work on her teaching skills to this day.
