Marcio Waldman

Marcio Waldman is the founder of Petlove, where since June 1999, roles have included Administrative Counsel, member of the People and Audit/Compliance Committees, and involvement in strategic projects post-succession. Previously, Marcio held positions as CEO and led innovative transformations within the company, overseeing growth from BRL 4 million to BRL 1.5 billion by 2023. In addition to advisory roles at Focin and Pet More Time, Marcio serves as Vice President of the Advisory Board of Auxiliadora Predial, President of the Board of the Associação de Conselheiros do Brasil, and consultant for Almaresa. Marcio's academic background includes advanced studies in veterinary medicine, corporate governance, and strategic business management from esteemed institutions like Stanford University and FGV.
