Rafael Wolkmer

Rafael Wolkmer is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information technology management across various organizations. Currently serving as CIO and Executive Manager of IT at Auxiliadora Predial since August 2020, Rafael is responsible for strategic planning and management of IT, focusing on continuous digital transformation and system evolution. Previous roles include IT Manager at Arezzo&Co, where Rafael enhanced IT systems for over 600 retail locations, and a long tenure at Cyrela, overseeing multiple IT domains, implementing automations, and improving customer relationship management. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology of Information from IBGEN and has also contributed to consulting and system analysis in earlier career stages.
