Joseba Dehesa Vicén

Joseba Dehesa Vicén serves as the Director of the manufacturing plant at AUXILIAR CONSERVERA S.A. since September 2019, where leadership of the La Rioja project includes a dedicated team focused on providing innovative packaging solutions for both national and international clients. Previous experience includes roles at Valeo, starting as Plant Quality Manager and Lean promoter, followed by positions managing production lines and quality assurance, with emphasis on problem-solving and process improvements. Educational background consists of a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza, where also held roles directing master’s projects and conducting research on structural design and optimization.
