Jill Stampe

Jill Stampe is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in building and optimizing human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Auxilio Partners since March 2023, Jill has established a comprehensive HR function to support company growth in the for-profit sector serving churches and non-profits. Previously, as Director of Human Resources Operations at the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, Jill enhanced HR processes for a large religious nonprofit, recalibrating the HRIS and improving employee experiences. Jill’s earlier roles include leading a hybrid team at Exponent Technologies as Enterprise Experience Manager Team Lead, where significant process improvements resulted in heightened client retention. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, and an Associate degree in Medical Office Management from Collin College.
