Tom Walsh

Tom Walsh is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT strategy, governance, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Auxilion and Principal Consultant at CxO Consulting Services Ltd, Tom focuses on developing and implementing client IT strategies that drive business transformation and growth. Previously, as Vice President & Site Lead at MetLife, Tom led the Global Technology Campus for the EMEA region and was instrumental in integrating Agile delivery models. With a strong foundation in IT service management, Tom has also held key roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Doosan Infracore, and Ingersoll-Rand, leading teams and establishing best practices in operations and support. Tom holds multiple qualifications, including a Diploma in Organisational Change & Transformation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
