Francisco Montero

Francisco Montero has held various positions throughout their work experience. Francisco began their career at Alienware as a Knowledge Base Content Manager from July 2003 to September 2009. Francisco then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Server Support Agent for Industry Standard Servers from November 2009 to March 2011. Francisco then transitioned to the role of a Service Delivery Consultant in Information Technology at Hewlett-Packard from May 2011 to January 2012. Following their time at Hewlett-Packard, they joined Auxis, where they held the roles of Configuration Manager / Technical Writer from January 2012 to September 2019, and IT Operations Support Lead from September 2019 to the present. Throughout their career, Francisco has gained experience in various areas, including problem management, quality assurance, change management, commissioning/decommissioning processes, and customer service.

Francisco Montero obtained a Bachelor's degree from Instituto Tecnico Don Bosco / Liceo Roberto Brenes Mesen from 1986 to 1990.
