Michael Vincent Tan

Michael Vincent Tan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end user support and operations. Currently serving as Operations Lead and Analyst for IT End User Support at G42 since October 2020, Michael has previously held roles such as Information Technology System Administrator at Aldar Academies, End User Support Specialist at DP World, and Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at Yas Holding. With a career spanning over 15 years, Michael has developed expertise in TIER 2 support, workstation image creation, and IT service management based on ITIL standards. An alumnus of the Technological University of the Philippines, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
