Arber Gjoka has diverse work experience in the field of finance and investments. Arber currently holds the position of Director Corporate Finance at auxmoney, a leading digital consumer finance company in Germany. Prior to this, Arber worked as Director M&A and Equity Investments/Partnerships at auxmoney.

Before joining auxmoney, Arber worked at Allianz Asset Management as part of the Corporate Development team. In this role, they were responsible for M&A and equity investments/partnerships in various sectors, including asset and wealth management, life insurance, and fintech. Arber also worked on strategic growth initiatives across private markets, real assets, ESG/sustainability, and growth markets.

Arber started their career at UniCredit, where they held several positions. Arber worked in Group Strategy and M&A, where they handled corporate M&A and equity/debt investments. Arber was involved in significant transactions such as the sale of Pioneer Investments and the strategic partnership with Amundi. Arber also contributed to the restructuring of equity and debt shareholdings, distressed debt, and non-performing loans.

Arber Gjoka's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Arber completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics in 2008. In the following year, 2007 to 2008, Arber participated in a university exchange program at HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne.

Moving forward, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree at Università Bocconi, focusing on Finance. After a gap of several years, Arber joined the University of Oxford in 2017 and completed an MBA program at Saïd Business School. During their time at Oxford, they specialized in private markets (PE/VC) investing, fintech, and entrepreneurship.

Additionally, Arber Gjoka obtained the Alternative Investment Analyst Charter (CAIA Charter) from the CAIA Association in March 2021, further enhancing their professional qualifications.
