Emily Tansuwan, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational behavior and innovation strategy. Currently a consultant at AuxoAI since September 2024, Tansuwan also serves as an advisor for The SIX, an experience design consultancy. Previous roles include Senior Director of Strategy at Endpoint Clinical, Chief of Staff & Project Lead at Oliver Wyman Studio, and Senior Program Manager at Uber, where Tansuwan focused on enhancing employee engagement and strategic HR initiatives. With a robust background in change management as a Senior Consultant at EY and Infosys Consulting, Tansuwan has worked with Fortune 500 companies to drive transformation through technology, process, and culture change. Tansuwan began a career in research as a Research Manager at LRW and served as Research Director at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where Tansuwan also earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior.
