Vincent J. Arena has a long and diverse work experience. In 1997, they began working at Jefferies & Company as a Vice President, where they served as a founding member of the bank's Telecommunications Group. In 2001, they became the CFO of CNM Network, Inc. In 2003, they co-founded InterMetro Communications, Inc., where they served as the CFO, Director and Founder. During this time, they also managed all public filing and audit efforts. In 2009, they became the CEO, Director and Founder of Certain Communications Corporation, which was acquired by Zayo (Integra). In 2010, they took on the role of Interim CFO of DPI (divested from Rent-a-Center), where they established a stand alone finance department. Also in 2009, they became the CFO and CRO of AT&T CruiseCast - RaySat Broadcasting Corporation, a satellite antenna manufacturer and broadcaster of television services to the vehicle/mobile marketplace. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Integra, where they served as a liaison between the CTO and CFO of a $500mm+ fiber business. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO, Director and Founder of Auxxit, the first mobile e-commerce platform for building chat-centric commerce communities.
Vincent J. Arena obtained a MBA from The Wharton School between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a BS and BA in Business Administration and Economics from Boston University between 1988 and 1992.
