Srishti Parikh

Srishti Parikh currently works as the Impact and Partnerships Lead at Avaana Capital since November 2023. Prior to this role, Srishti gained experience as a Consultant at Sattva Consulting and served as a Policy Researcher at Global Youth Alliance for Kindness. Srishti has also worked as a Policy Research Intern at Aam Aadmi Party, an Emerging Youth Leader at TechnoServe India, a Social Initiatives Producer at Red FM, and a Research & Opinion Author at IndianFolk. With a background in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Srishti has demonstrated a passion for social impact and policy research throughout their various roles.
