Gabby Grimaldo, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and organizational development with extensive experience in change management and training program implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Avaap since September 2025, Gabby previously held roles at Comfort Systems USA, where responsibilities included developing learning strategies and facilitating corporate training, and at Walker Engineering, focusing on managing learning programs and conducting needs analysis. Notable achievements include the successful development of leadership development workshops and the introduction of software that improved operational efficiency. Gabby's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
