Craig Slater

Craig Slater has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as COO at Avacta in 2012 and then again in 2021. Craig also served as an investor and non-executive chair for companies like Shopblocks, Custom Gateway Limited, and Gaist Technologies Limited. In addition, they held the position of UK & US Managing Director at Proactis from 2017 to 2021, where they successfully integrated acquisitions and implemented growth strategies. Craig also worked as a non-executive chair for QPC Holdings Limited and Centaur Technologies, bringing their expertise in SaaS software and strategic planning. Prior to that, they founded and directed Veracito Limited, focusing on strategy and change implementation in various industries. Furthermore, they were a NED for Becaring Together Limited, the UK's largest employee-owned provider of social care. Overall, Craig Slater has a strong background in leadership and strategy across multiple sectors.

Craig Slater has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Change Management and Marketing from Henley Business School, which they obtained from 1995 to 1996. Craig also has a Bachelor of Arts with Honors (BA(Hons)) in Mathematics and Finance from Lancaster University, completed from 1982 to 1985.
