Reena Pillai

Reena Pillai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Reena started their career as a Training Development Specialist at BNY Mellon from 2000 to 2005. Reena then worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Specialty Sales Professional from 2005 to 2011, where they launched and promoted oral and injectable CNS products. Reena joined Allergan in 2011 as a Neurosciences Account Executive/Field Sales Trainer, promoting biopharmaceutical Botox injectable for multiple therapeutic indications and conducting anatomical training.

In 2018, Reena joined Amgen as a Senior Specialty Representative, covering a territory and launching the novel Monoclonal Antibody CGRP for migraine prevention. Reena ranked highly during the initial launch and achieved top market share in their district in 2019. Reena also served as a Field Sales Training Manager at Amgen from 2019 to 2020, facilitating training, conducting field rides, and supporting product and sales training.
