Adina Mihaela Roman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1999, they started their career as a Floral Designer in a Floral Shop, where they worked until 2003. Adina Mihaela then joined SC Body Building Fitness S.R.L as a Receptionist from April to December 2006. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at SC Valoro Aridor SRL(Metropolis Casino Group) in various roles, including Casino Cash Desk Manager and Casino Cash Desk Operator. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Representative at SC Getusa SRL from January to July. Following that, they worked as an Economist at SC Trans Ligius SRL from September 2014 to February 2016, and later at SC West Trucks Service&L SRL from January 2015 to February 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Economist at SC Best Organic Farm SRL from May 2016 to March 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Account Manager & Sales Representative at Avaelgo since March 2017.

Adina Mihaela Roman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Economics and Business Administration U.V.T, starting in 2003 and graduating in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at High School-Aurel Vlaicu National Collegue from 1999 to 2003, earning a diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, Adina Mihaela Roman obtained a certification as a Human Resources Inspector/Referent in October 2013, which was certified by the Romanian National Education and Labor Ministry after completing an IRU class and passing both practical and theoretical exams.
