Max Kalbfell is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Leiter zentrales Marketing at AVAG Holding SE since January 2024. As the Inhaber of Kalbfell&Kalaschek GmbH since October 2022, Max also has significant experience in the sports industry, having worked as the Global Brand Director for Völkl Marker Dalbello Sports at ELEVATE Outdoor Collective from February 2022 to December 2023. Previous roles include Brand Management Director and CMO for BMW Northern Europe, as well as Regional Manager for BMW Sales Region Europe, with tenure at the BMW Group from February 2014 to December 2020.
