Joel Blattner

Joel Blattner is a Partner and Founding Director of Investments & Planning at Avaii Wealth Management. Joel has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Avaii, Joel served as the Director of Investments at Northwestern Mutual - The Doule Group from April 2014 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the investment department and providing guidance on investment strategies.

From June 2010 to April 2012, Joel was the Associate Director of Network Office Supervision at Northwestern Mutual. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the network office and provided supervision and support to financial representatives.

Before Northwestern Mutual, Joel worked as an Investment Review Principal at SII Investments from October 2007 to June 2010. In this role, they conducted reviews of investment portfolios and provided recommendations on investment strategies.

Joel began their career in the financial services industry as a Securities Operations Specialist at US Bank from May 2007 to October 2007. In this role, they processed securities transactions and provided support to the securities trading desk.

Joel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
