Sebastian Galan, CPM has over two decades of experience in property management. Sebastian currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Avail Property Management, Inc, overseeing operations in multiple states and managing a portfolio of affordable housing properties. Prior to this, Sebastian held the role of Director of Property Management at Brothers Redevelopment, Inc., where Sebastian managed a portfolio of affordable properties in Denver, CO. Before that, Sebastian worked as the Senior Property Manager at Franciscan Ministries, overseeing operations for multiple communities in Denver. Throughout their career, Sebastian has demonstrated a strong ability to achieve or exceed budgeted NOI and cash flow.
