Richard Tzeng

Richard Tzeng, MBA, serves as the VP Consulting at Availent Systems since October 2024, bringing extensive experience in transformation and quality assurance from previous roles. At Discover Financial Services, Richard held the position of Senior Principal Transformation Quality Assurance Program Manager, driving significant improvements in change management processes. Prior to that, Richard was the Regional Solutions and Sales Director for the Midwest Region at ResultsPositive and spent 17 years at Accenture in various leadership roles, managing large global teams and substantial budgets in IT application management. Richard's earlier experience includes systems engineering management at Honeywell Process Solutions. Richard holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
