Tani Herman

Director, Strategic Alliances at Availity

Tani Herman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as an Executive Staff Assistant for Massachusetts State Treasurer, Timothy P. Cahill in 2009. From there, they progressed to become an Assistant Director of Policy and Government Affairs at the Massachusetts State Treasury in 2010. In 2011, they joined Harvard University as a Development Assistant for the Harvard College Fund. Tani then moved on to the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where they served as a Program Coordinator for Executive Education from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they took on the role of a Senior Program Coordinator for National Security at the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Tani joined Alegeus as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, and later moved to positions such as Manager of Product Operations, Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement Execution and Sales Operations, and Account Executive. Their most recent position is as the Director of Strategic Alliances at Availity, starting 2021.

Tani Herman holds a B.A. degree in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College-Hartford. Prior to this, Tani attended The Latin School of Chicago.
