Mark McQueen currently serves as the Director of Financial Services at AvAirPros since November 2019. Previously, Mark held various leadership positions at United Airlines from April 2000 to November 2019, including Director Airport Operations Customer Service, where oversight included a large team managing customer service functions at LAX, and Director of Hub Business Management at IAD, responsible for a significant station budget. Mark’s experience also includes managerial roles at Caribbean Airlines Services and Reno Air, as well as operational analysis at American Airlines. Mark began a career in aviation with United Airlines in various capacities, including financial and performance analysis. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University.
