Mj-Lel Eddy Vargas

Eddy Vargas has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on director-level positions. EDDY began their career as the Human Resources Director at Gerry Lane Enterprises in 2000, where they worked until 2008. After that, Eddy joined Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2010 to 2014. EDDY then moved to Champion Medical Center Baton Rouge, where they served as the Human Resources Director from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Eddy joined Avala as the Human Resources Director and Executive Director of Compliance and Human Resources.

Eddy Vargas has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
