Rayanne Beaudry, MBA

Rayanne Beaudry, MBA has over eight years of professional experience. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Group Leader for Team 21. Rayanne then worked as an Intern at Portage Lake Covenant Bible Camp in 2013. In the same year, they became a Teacher at American Eagle Institute. From 2014 to 2015, Rayanne held various roles at KIDS HOPE USA, including Manager of Customer Experience, Program and Training Coordinator, and Office Administrator. Rayanne then worked as a Paraprofessional at Southeast Kelloggsville Elementary in 2014. In the same year, they were a New Account Development/Volunteer Coordinator for National Relief Network. From 2017 to 2019, Rayanne worked at Campus Ministry @ GVSU in various roles, including Director of Operations and Associate Director of Community Engagement. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of Avalanche Creative, LLC. In 2019, they also worked as a Civic Learning and Community Engagement Graduate Assistant at Grand Valley State University.

Rayanne then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University in 2012.
