Cecilia Bäckman

Cecilia Bäckman is the current CFO at Avalanche Studios Group. Cecilia has held this position since January 2013. Prior to that, they were the CFO at PlayAd Media Group from January 2007 to December 2016. Cecilia has also worked as the Acting CFO at MTR Stockholm AB from September 2009 to September 2013.

Cecilia started their career in 1993 as the Head of Business control at Tele2. Cecilia held this position until 1999 when they became the CFO at Everyday.com jv Tele2 and Modern Times Group. Cecilia stayed in this role until 2001 when they moved to Telia Sonera Sverige AB as the Head of Business control, Investor relations, business controller. Cecilia left Telia Sonera in 2007 to join Stardoll as their CFO.

After leaving Stardoll in 2009, Cecilia took on a Manager role at BM Consulting. Cecilia held this position until August 2009 when they started working as the Head of Business control and Analyst at Dagens Nyheter. Cecilia left Dagens Nyheter in 1997 to return to Tele2 as the Head of Business control, International Business where they stayed until 1999.

A direct report to Cecilia Bäckman is and William Baik - Financial Controller. They are on a team with Åsa Wilson - Chief People Officer, John Fuller - CTO, and Jennie Wilund Lundström - COO. Their manager is Pim Holfve, CEO.
