Daniel Velasquez Araque

Daniel Velasquez Araque is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in the gaming and digital marketing industries. Currently serving as Senior UX Design Lead and Product Owner at Avalanche Studios Group since September 2023, Daniel focuses on enhancing user experience and player engagement. Prior to this role, Daniel contributed to Expansive Worlds as a Senior UX Designer, facilitating immersive gaming experiences. Daniel's previous positions include Experienced UX Designer and UX Designer at Paradox Interactive, Teacher Assistant at Malmö University, and Content Marketing Consultant at Svenska institutet. Daniel also has a background as an Augmented Reality Researcher at IBM iX, Creative Director at Demand Frontier, Design and Marketing Director at MicroCAD S.A.S., and Graphic Designer at Asocebu. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Interaction Design from Malmö University, a Certificate Diploma in Digital Marketing from Universidad EAFIT, and a BA/MA in Graphic Design from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
