David Wightman

David Wightman is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in the gaming and media industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Avalanche Studios Group since November 2020, David is a key member of the group leadership team. Previous roles include Studio Manager at Ubisoft, Head of Development at Respawn Entertainment, and Chair of the Board of Directors at TRC Media. David also held the position of CEO at Another Visitor and served as Chairman of the Digital Media Industry Advisory Group. With a strong foundation as Founder and CEO of Creative Edge Software Ltd, David has played pivotal roles in various organizations, including ministerial appointments with the Scottish Broadcasting Commission and Scottish Digital Network Panel.
