Hanna Mattsson

Hanna Mattsson is a People & Culture Specialist at Avalanche Studios Group since December 2020, having progressed through various HR roles including HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, and HR Administrator. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Sales Associate at INTERSPORT Sverige, and as an HR Intern at Saab, where responsibilities included conducting security interviews and administrative personnel tasks. Additional roles include seasonal positions in customer service and hospitality at Ombergs Turisthotell and Linköpings Hockey Club, as well as educational support as an Assistant and Leisure Educator at Lillgårdsskolan. Hanna Mattsson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Working Life from Umeå University and is currently pursuing a certification as a People Analytics Specialist from the Academy to Innovate HR. Educational background also includes studies at Stockholm University and Kristianstad University.
