Kateryna Melnyk

Kateryna Melnyk is a skilled Machine Learning Researcher currently employed at Avalanche Studios Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kateryna worked as an ML Researcher at the Humanized Autonomy Group at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden from January 2022 to February 2024, and as a Research PhD Candidate at Freie Universität Berlin from February 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, Kateryna has experience as a Data Scientist at LoopMe and completed a research internship at Zuse Institute Berlin, focusing on the analysis of medical datasets related to knee osteoarthritis. Kateryna holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics and Computer Science from Freie Universität Berlin, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor’s degree in Applied and Theoretical Statistics from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University.
