Signe Svensson

Signe Svensson has a diverse work experience primarily focused on human resources and organizational development. Most recently, Svensson held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Avalanche Studios Group since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at both Avalanche Studios Group and Important Looking Pirates VFX in 2021. In addition to their HR roles, Svensson also has experience as a writer, publishing two novels in 2020 and 2021. Signe also has a background in HR management with Procter & Gamble and PGT Healthcare, where they held various leadership positions. Svensson began their career with internships at the European Commission and European Youth Parliament.

Signe Svensson obtained an M Sc in International Economy from the Stockholm School of Economics in the years 1998-2004. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Economie at HEC Paris. Signe also completed a two-year full-time program in creative writing at Skrivarakademin, Folkuniversitetet from 2017-2019. In 2018-2019, Signe Svensson participated in a project year focused on dramaturgy and screenwriting at Biskops-Arnö Nordens folkhögskola. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Corporate Athlete Trainer, Cultural Orientation Approach trainer, Executive Coaching, and MBTI Master Level Myers Briggs Practitioner from various institutions.
