Kristine Schroeder

Kristine Schroeder has over 30 years of experience in business development and sales roles. Kristine is currently working as the Sr. Director of Business Development, Aerospace & Defense at Avalanche Technology Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Silicon Technologies, Inc. from October 2020 to March 2022.

From April 2019 to October 2020, Kristine worked as the Sr. Sales Director at SkyWater Technology Foundry, where they played a crucial role in supporting government and private new product development.

Before that, they were the Director of Business Development at Cooper Perkins, Inc. from September 2015 to January 2019. In this position, they were responsible for establishing client and industry relationships and improving the internal business development and sales capabilities of the team.

Kristine Schroeder started their career as a Sales Engineer & Partner at SJ Associates in 2002 and worked there until September 2015. Kristine successfully grew the business by acquiring new principals and increasing revenue at key accounts.

Prior to that, they served as a Sales Engineer at Altera from 2001 to 2002, where they played a key role in growing business and developing strategic relationships with customers.

At Texas Instruments, Kristine worked for several roles from 1992 to 2001. Kristine started as a Technical Sales Associate and then took on roles as Technical Sales Representative in Telecom & Networking and Multimedia & PC divisions. Kristine was responsible for driving business growth, cultivating relationships with key customers, and coordinating co-development efforts with strategic partners.

Throughout their career, Kristine Schroeder has demonstrated strong business development skills, relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth in various industries including aerospace, defense, semiconductors, and technology.

Kristine Schroeder obtained a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Rice Memorial High School. Kristine also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
