Anand Rao

Anand Rao currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Strategy at Avalara, a role initiated in December 2022, focusing on leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovation within a fully remote engineering environment. Prior to this position, Anand held the title of Head of Talent Strategy at NATE Advisory from October 2015 to February 2023, where responsibilities included designing strategies for next-generation businesses utilizing modern talent sciences. Anand's extensive experience in human resources leadership includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at both PricewaterhouseCoopers from November 2011 to September 2015 and LG Electronics from July 2004 to November 2011.
