Jessica K. Seaman

Jessica K. Seaman, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development. Their most recent role was as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ), where they were responsible for delivering treatments to patients in over 70 countries. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Sobi North America, establishing a talent acquisition function for the region.

Before joining Sobi, Seaman worked at Hyster-Yale Group, a global leader in the material handling industry. There, they held various positions including Americas Division Human Resources Leader, Organizational Development & Workforce Planning Manager/Senior Advisor for Global Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas Division. In these roles, they were responsible for HR strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, and implementing initiatives for employee development and mobility.

Prior to their time at Hyster-Yale Group, Seaman worked at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc., a material handling equipment manufacturer. There, they served as Manager of Human Resources & Organizational Development for the Americas Division, overseeing HR functions across multiple sites in North and South America. Jessica also held the roles of Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Generalist, managing HR budgets, employee relations, benefits, and integration of acquired subsidiaries.

Seaman's early career includes a role at The Adecco Group, where they served as a Client Program Manager and Staffing Consultant in the Human Resources department.
