With extensive experience in various talent acquisition roles, including positions at Western Union and WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, Dana has a proven track record of building and optimizing recruitment functions that align with business goals. Dana's earlier roles include Recruiting Manager at Lakeshore Staffing and Director of Talent Acquisition at Aimco, where they developed strategic recruitment processes and enhanced candidate experiences. They also completed the Product Management Experience program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2019.
