Kristin Highton

Kristin Highton serves as a Senior Customer Account Executive at Avalara since November 2017, focusing on transitioning customers from acquired companies, negotiating pricing with enterprise-level clients, and driving a significant year-over-year business increase. Previously, Kristin held various roles at OpenText, including Enterprise Cloud Services Bid Desk Manager, where responsibilities included promoting cloud services and supporting sales teams, as well as Global Channel Program Manager, managing partner relationships and program development. Kristin's earlier experience includes a Sales Manager position at American Airlines, where leadership of a large sales team resulted in significant revenue growth and operational improvements.
