Sarah Tidd

Sarah Tidd currently serves as Vice President of Engineering Excellence at Avalara, where the focus is on supporting software engineering and IT professionals through Agile methodologies and data insights to optimize operations and foster a culture of continuous learning. Previously, Sarah held the position of Vice President of Engineering Programs at Oracle, overseeing critical software engineering initiatives, including release management and quality assurance. Sarah's career at Oracle also encompassed roles such as Director of Program Management and Senior Release Manager, contributing to high-quality software delivery. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at RightNow Technologies and as an Intern at Advanced Acoustic Concepts. Sarah holds an MS in Statistics and a BS in Mathematics from Montana State University-Bozeman, along with executive education from IESE Business School and the University of Michigan.
