John Kennard

John Kennard, PhD, is a seasoned professional in medical and scientific affairs, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Avalere Health since July 2020, following the company's transition from Fishawack Health. With extensive experience in scientific leadership, John has held multiple roles at Fishawack Health, including Vice President and Senior Scientific Director, and contributed significantly at Dudnyk, a member of Fishawack Health, in various scientific director capacities from 2014 to 2020. Prior to this, John worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, focusing on the effects of Vitamin C on aging and Alzheimer's disease, and gained teaching experience at Temple University, where responsibilities included curriculum development and research mentorship. John earned a PhD in Psychology/Neuroscience from Temple University and a BS in Psychology with a Neuroscience concentration from Denison University.
