Arletta Carrara

Arletta Carrara has extensive work experience in human resources. Arletta is currently the Vice President of HR Operations & Total Rewards at Avalign Technologies, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Avalign Technologies from November 2019 to January 2022.

Before joining Avalign Technologies, Arletta worked as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst at FTD Companies from January 2018 to October 2019. Arletta was responsible for analyzing and implementing total rewards programs at the company.

Arletta also served as the Director of Human Resources at Surgical Solutions, LLC from January 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they managed all HR operations for over 150 employees located nationwide.

Earlier in their career, Arletta held positions such as Human Resources Operations Manager at Nord Anglia Education, Human Resources Generalist at Meritas Family of Schools, Human Resources Coordinator at American Society of Anesthesiologists, and Intern in the Human Resource Department at LifeSource. Arletta also worked as an HR Student Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Throughout their career, Arletta has demonstrated strong expertise in various HR functions, including talent development, benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management.

Arletta Carrara received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Illinois Chicago, from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their educational background, Arletta Carrara has also obtained two certifications in the field of Human Resources. In June 2011, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Four years later, in June 2015, they earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
