James Manning

James Manning has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. James is currently the Vice President of Operations at Avalign Technologies, where they focus on delivering high-quality medical device products and services to customers. Prior to that, James served as the Chairman of the Board at Castparts Federal Credit Union and as a Member of the West Linn Fair Board. James also held various positions at PCCS, including Commercial Account Manager, Area Manager/Rapid Prototype Manager, and Production Supervisor. Additionally, James has been involved in community organizations, such as the West Linn Historical Society and the City of West Linn Historic Review Board. James started their career in the US Navy as a Hull Technician Second Class, specializing in non-destructive testing.

James Manning attended West Linn High School from 1980 to 1984. James did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Eastern Oregon University.
