Stephanie Carola has extensive work experience in human resources and employee relations. Stephanie is currently employed as the HR Director of Employee Relations & Experience at Avalign Technologies since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Teleflex from 2012 to 2022, including Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Manager, Employee Relations (Generalist), Employee Relations Specialist/HR Business Partner, and Executive Administrative Assistant. Before joining Teleflex, Stephanie worked as a Client Services Manager at Pulte Homes from 2004 to 2008.
Stephanie Carola attended the University of Central Florida from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2018, Stephanie obtained a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
