Janet Ng

Janet Ng is an experienced professional in the fashion and apparel industry, currently serving as a Fabric Development Assistant and Import Production Assistant at Avalon Apparel since September 2017. Previously, Janet held the position of Product Development Associate at AmosEastern Apparel Inc., contributing to product execution and seasonal work-in-progress communications with designers. Janet's freelance experience includes roles as Assistant Designer, creating seamless textile designs and managing Pantone colors, and as a Freelance Assistant Designer at Blue Planet International, where responsibilities encompassed technical documentation, brand marketing development, and sample management. Janet also gained valuable experience while working as a Librarian Worker and Student Tutor at the Art Institute of California - Hollywood, supporting students in various design courses. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institutes, earned between 2010 and 2013.
