Joshua Burke has a varied work experience starting with a position at Tim Hortons in 2007 as a Supervisor. In this role, Burke was promoted to a supervisory position after proving competence and reliability as a crew member. Joshua was responsible for fostering team work and exhibiting friendly, attentive service. In 2011, Burke began working at Epic as a Technical Services Representative for Ochsner Health Systems in Louisiana. Joshua was responsible for solving time sensitive technical issues and prioritizing incoming issues. Finally, in 2012, Burke began working at Avalon as a Legal Technology Specialist and later a Senior Legal Technology Specialist.

Joshua Burke attended Canisius College from 2008 to 2009 before transferring to Grove City College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics in 2011. Joshua also holds certifications as a Relativity Certified Administrator from Kcura (obtained in October 2013), an IPro Certified Administrator, and an IPro Certified Trainer.
