Calvin Gregory

Calvin Gregory is a Systems Engineer at Avalon Holographics since May 2020, with a diverse background in engineering and management. Previously, Calvin served as Chief Executive Officer at Eastern Edge Robotics from January 2014 to June 2017, leading a team in the design and fabrication of a Remotely Operated Vehicle. In addition, Calvin co-founded Myth's Dawn Games, contributing to tabletop game design, and worked as a Mechanical Co-op at Kraken Sonar Systems Inc., where input was provided for KATFISH vehicle development. Early experience includes software development as a co-op at Marine Service GmbH, mechanical project design at Memorial University of Newfoundland, and software model verification at Altera. Calvin holds a Master of Engineering in Marine Swarm Robotics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Memorial University, with completed education from 2012 to 2020.
